the kitchen is a shit show. the bar is always under stocked. the management…what management?
the only thing that keeps my restaurant from going under is the ambience of having an outside area that overlooks an airport.
the worst part of it all is that the place has so much potential to kick major fucking ass. i like bartending most of the times. it’s a job that people are always intrigued by and i get to have fun while doing it. the only thing is when i see how the bar is ran and i think about how i would run it, it eats me up.
such is life. this is just a job and NOT my career.
